update app

Hi,i live in the u.k. am trying to update an app on my iphone 4 but poping up.. your account is not valid for use in the u.s. store. you must switch to u.k. store before purchasing. Also when i click on featured it popped up too many HTTP redirects. Can somebody help me on this issues please.
