Please I have successfully updated my iPad 2 from version 4.3.3 to version 6.1 but I still could not find personal hotspot. What do I do?

Does your cellular provider have a tethering option?

Have you subscribed to a tethering plan?

The iPad 2 does not support the personal hotspot.
