why won't my rental play after downloading?
I just get a blank screen after clicking play. My internet connection is okay.
Any ideas?

Try restarting the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds, or resetting it using the reset option under general. You should also try restarting your router.

Thanks a lot for that! Seems to have done the trick. I wonder if you might know the answer to this though? As my Apple TV was frozen (until you helped me!) and I really had to view a movie in a hurry, I went and re-rented on my iMac. The download happened, but will not play. Any ideas?
