is there someone that can help me ?
1) im having problems transferring photos from my Nokia(and my lap top) to my iPhone
2) im not sure if my bluetooth is on on my iphone (im not able to connect with my Nokia and my lap top)

BT is Bluetooth. The profiles are the 'rules' that manufacturers follow so that BT works between different devices. Apple iOS devices don't support the BT profile to allow files or pics to be transferred via BT to other devices. There are some apps in the app store that support photo transfer between iOS devices.
If the photos are on your laptop, you can sync them to your iPhone using iTunes... http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4236
