Q: Insecure Startup Item Disabled

I Hope Somebosdy Can HELP!!

Every Time When I Login Into My Mac And My iMac Startup, Appear A Little Window And It Say:

Insecure Startup Item Disable

"/Library/Startupitems/Sudochmod" Has Not Been Started Because It Does Not Have The Proper Security Settings.

Could Someone Help Me Please!!
