i deleted my ringtones. is there a way to recover them? i have not emptied my trash...

I deleted my ringtones thru itunes on my vintage mac desktop. Is there a way to recover them? I had 117 some purchased some I made with my song library. I was having trouble getting them to sync on my iphone 4s after I updated my iphone. I have never had an issue before. I deleted them accidentally... I have not emptied my trash since and was hoping to get help "finding" the ringtones and putting them back in itunes. Thank you
