Logitech K760 bluetooth keyboard suddenly won't connect

I'm having a frustrating issue this morning. I recently picked up a Logitech K760 bluetooth keyboard. I've been liking and have had no issues connecting to both my MacBook Pro (mid 2010 17") and my iPhone 4S.

Suddenly today I cannot get the keyboard to connect to the MBP. In the bluetooth setup it will show up as connected for about a half second before going away. I can connect it to my iPhone with no problem.

I have tried:

1. Restarting
2. Deleting bluetooth preferences and restarting
3. Reset PRAM
4. Reset SMC

I'm at a loss at this point.
