I have a big problem!

I created my apple ID in Latvija. When the apple made apple ID to Hungary i changed it to Hungary in iTunes and in my Iphone too, but when i want to upgrade my apps the appstore send to me this message: "Account Not In This Store: Your account is not valid for use in the Hungarian store. You must switch to the Latvian store before purchasing."

I will get my credit numbers and i can't make it normally. Please help, and the answer
