How to solve this problem because in Croatia Apple does your office and phone number?

Hi,

You should be clicking the Contact Support and telling them the Code number you got.

Basically it is a message that something about your Apple ID needs someone at Apple Support to change something. You cannot do anything about it at your end.

Hi,

As you say that is a UK based telephone number (you would use the 44 and drop the leading 0).

I am surprised that the process does not pick somewhere closer to you or a language base that Croatians are more likely to use as a second language.

I would be tempted to write out what you want or need to say to them and then get it translated and make the computer read it out.

Hi,

I got an email alert to say there was a new post but I can't see it.

In iTunes go to the Store.

At the Bottom in the Help section is "Support"

This opens a Web page.

For me it is English. (http://www.apple.com/uk/support/itunes/_)

At the bottom of this Menu is another Contact Support

The right hand pane changes to offer Contact iTunes Store Support.

This then offers me several choices.

Choose Account Management as you progress towards the right.

It tries to offer "Answers" but keep choosing the Account Management options.

Eventually it will offer your and email contact.

You may find this an easier option.
