Keynote 09 Export to HTML - Animations and Videos Offscreen

I'm using Keynote 09 to export a presentation to the web and it turns out fine, except for slides that have a video or an animation and they play on the bottom right corner and get cropped.

For example, this is where the image should be aligned:

But it comes out like this:

I'm somewhat familiar with HTML and Javascript, so if I have to edit the code, that's fine. I just don't know how to get it to appear correctly.
