How can I add captions to my TOC images

I'm trying to add captions for the images that appear on the TOC pages but I can't seem to stop IBA from making them Placeholder Text that is identical on all TOC pages. I must be really dumb but I've looked in all the books etc and can't figure it out.

Is there a simple step process to add a block of text without it occuring on all TOC pages?

Any help would be much appreciated.

You can replace an individual image placeholder on a TOC. So, one trick around the problem you are facing (albeit an tedious one) is to create an image with the the text you want on it an dplace that on the TOC page itself.
