Q: I bought a movie on the iTunes app called journey 2: the mysterious island. And it won't download

I bought journey 2: the mysterious island and now it won't let me install it on my iPod. Can u please help me with this

I click the cloud button and it won't do anything. It won't download or install. No error messages either

Did you search the iTunes store for it? If it is not currently available for iTunes you can't redownload it.

Previous purchases may be unavailable if they have been refunded or are no longer on the iTunes Store. Downloading previously purchased movies and TV shows requires iTunes 10.6 or later.
