Will I lose my apps?
Following a virus infection windows had to be totally reinstalled so everything on the hard drive wiped. Reinstalled iTunes. If I sync my iPod to my computer, will this wipe all my apps?

Did you fail to maintain a backup copy of your computer?
If so, not good, you can transfer your purchases from your ipod: File>Devices>Transfer Purchases
