i was giving Dell all in one printer 926 from a family member, was wondering if it is compatible with my MAc Pc

I was recently givin a Dell All in One printer 926, i am having trouble setting it up to my Mac Pc. i am wondering if it is even compatible?

Mac OS X (10.5.8)
