iMatch - After downloading all Songs in a playlist it contents less songs then before download. Does anyone have the same problem?

Using iMatch on iMac, iPhone and iPad. When I want to download all songs from a playlist on my iPhone, witch contains e.g. 143 Songs before the download, there are only 96 songs in the playlist after download. The missing songs are not listed anymore, but when I check the same playlist on my iPad (Not downloaded), it tells me, that it contains 143 songs.

Same behaviour with other playlists and even when downloading on iPad and checking on iPhone.
