The Imovie can't see the my photo and I can't use the photos and videos i already have.
I reinstall the Imov however no change.
need assistance how to solve this problem

I think this is likely a privacy issue. iMovie cannot see your photos and videos without your permission.
On your iPad, go to Settings.
On the left hand side, click Privacy.
On the right side of the Privacy pane, click Photos.
You should see iMovie listed there. Turn the switch to ON.
