Q: How do I make it so that dictation doesn't capitalize words

After I say a word in dictation, it capitalizes the word. For example: If You See This. It's very annoying to have to go back and correct it.

It's not happening here, but when I use dictation in OpenOffice, it happens. How do I make it so it doesn't keep capitalizing the words?
