Your iPhone is locked to the UK carrier. You need to contact the carrier in UK to have it unlock.

No one here and help you with that. Only the original carrier the iPhone is locked to can officially unlock your iPhone.

The only source of unlocked iPhones in UK is from the Apple retail store

an iPhone purchased from any other source WILL be locked as advised above
