how to delete "Photo Library" from your photo's

When i got a new phone, I synced my phone from my icloud which brought over my pictures. I was too nervous that my pictures wouldn't come over so I copied them to my computer and synced those as well. Now I have 2 of the same pictures in 2 different folders. One labled what i labled it and one labled "Photo Library". Unfortunately I don't have my computer anymore so i can't resync without it checked. Any suggestions???
