I keep getting a File Missing Dialog looking for file SymIPS.kext

Usually, when I am about to install a new Application or perform an update to an Application, a dialog opens telling me that I am missing the file: SymIPS.kext and I have not been able to find the file, nor have I been able to find the place where this file belongs. Does anyone recognize this file or what this file is associated with in OSX or within an Application? If it is associated with OSX, where does it belong? If it is associated with an Application, what Application does it belong?

Does anyone know where I can get a copy of the file SymIPS.kext and tell me where it belongs?
