It is taking too long to restore data to my new phone. All is restored except my photos/video. It has been stuck at downloading 33 out of 370 pictures for the last 4 hours. I am connected to wifi and I did update the software first. Thank you .

I had to purchase a new iPhone 4 32G to replace by cracked one. I backed my data up to iCloud, purchased the new phone, updated the software

and proceeded to restore from iCloud. All has been restored except my pictures/video. It has been stuck downloading 33 of 370 for about 4 hours.

I am connected to wifi and a power supply. I went to "storage and back-up" in settings, the message says the phone is currently being restored and will automatically back up when it is done. Why could it be taking so long?
