Cannot Install iTunes on P.C. running Windows 7 64 Bit Professional.

Cannot Install iTunes on P.C. running Windows 7 64 Bit Professional.

Near the end of the installation cycle the changes roll back and it

indicates install unsuccessful. Quicktime installs O.K.
