Dear Apple:

If you are going to make a device that stalls out and needs to be restarted as much as an Apple TV does, could you please give it a restart button or at least make it a whole lot easier to unplug and plug back in?

Apple don't make a device that stalls out and constantly needs to be restarted, other conditions are causing the device to do this, you may wish to look into fixing what ever it is.

Either your Apple TV continually restarts or doesn't. If it does, I think it's something that you can fix and as such may be able to get help with here if you describe the problems you are having. If you think it can't be fixed, I provided you with a link to pass your suggestion on to those that are able to consider it.
