Toshiba or Seagate external hard drives

Just bought a Toshiba Canvio 3.0 Plus and a Seagate Backup Plus. Ext Hard Drives. Trying to decide which one to use to backup/download from my startup disc and also download from IPhoto and my music from ITunes. I'm very open for advice/guidance/opinions even to an outright push inthe back to get answers. Thanks to any and all who can help me

I have always used seagate for my backup drives and have never had any issues. Apple also uses them in many of there desktop computers. They are not prone to crashing, although i would not advise using seagates backup software.

The toshiba would be betting for on the go as a more portable storage device and would use that to keep extra info on as more of a main storage device
