I am running Snow Leopard on a 2006 iMac. with a Canon MP810 printer attached via USB.

The auto duplex feature was working until Apple Update installed the version driver.

I downloaded (from Canon) and installed the older driver, but the duplex is still broken.

The Printer Dialog settings do give the options that are appropriate for the older version, including

Duplex   but when I check in Print and Fax Preferences, it still shows the 10.67 ver.

It appears that going back to an Older version may not remove all vestiges of the existing Newer one.

Can somenoe explain how to completely remove both drivers, so I can start fresh?

Yes, I have deleted the printer and added it back. Also, the 10.51 driver does work properly on my

MacBook Pro, which was not upgraded to the 10.67 version.
