I have an ipod touch and an iphone both updated to IOS 6.1 and both have the same icloud account, I gave my iphone 4s to my son and I got a new one so I am trying to get his music and pictures from his ipod touch to his now iphone, I also set him up with his own itunes account, thought it would be a little easier but not having any luck, and icloud on both devices have been backed up.Also need to transfer apps.😕

Just import the photes to the computer by:

If the photos were synced to the iPod then you need a third-party program like PhoneView or TouchCopy to get them to a computer.
Then sync them to the iphone by:
