how to install cyrillic keybord

Go to system prefs/language and text/input sources and check the box for Russian or whatever, plus the box for Show Input Menu on Menu Bar, plus the box for keyboard viewer. Then select Russian from the "flag" menu at the top right of the screen and type.

Do you know, by chance, how to add cyrillic keyboard in pages on Ipad. It would be great if it could be Serbian cyrillic :)
