trying to downgrade to ios 6.0 but every time i get error code 3194?

im wanting to downgrade, but i get halfway through "installing software" or whatever and then when it finally finishes it says something about an unknown error (code 3194)

and i was wondering if anyone knew what this code was and what i have to do to downgrade to ios 6.0?
