Hi. I upgraded my iPhone 4 to iOS 6.1. Now I am unable to update any app that shows in App Store as update needed. Please advise.

To update your apps, you need to same Apple ID and password that was used to purchase them.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Apple ID
Doesn't work for me either. iPhone 5. App update screen is blank even though I have 30 apps that need updates.
The "blank" App Store may be the App Store itself, and it could be regional (i.e. certain servers) so not all users experience the problem. Either wait it out, or update via your computer.
Same for me. Go to Settings, iTunes & App Store and click on your Apple ID. Enter your password and the App Store will update to the country you are in. Obviously a preferences setting got changed in the update.
Same for my iPad. Was told that this was to be resolved in 24 hrs. However, nothing yet
