Problem with USB
Hello,
I have a problem, but first, excuse my poor English.
Well, my problem is that when I connect an external sound card (Steinberg MI4) it doesn't appear on my "system preferences", so I can't work with it, but it does appear connected under "system information".
I've tried this sound card in other Mac computers and also in some PCs and it works correctly. I have tried to connect it on the other USB ports on my Mac and I have the same problem mentioned before.
Could someone help me, please?
