I accidentially hit restore my ipod touch and therefore delted all of my songs on it. I plugged my ipod into my home computer where most of my songs are stored in my itunes library. it would not let me sync until i upgraded to version 11, so I did. Now when I try and drag my song from my music library into my device I get a circle with a line through it. Please help. Also when I got to file, preferences, devices sync is grayed out and won't allow me to sync.
