wifi on iphone 4s won't work?

Hi guys,

so the wifi on my iphone has been working fine ever since I got it, and recently (past week or 2) it's been acting up. I attempted an update for the iOS6.1 on my phone and there was an error during the update, so the update became corrupt and wiped my phone out (which is totally fine, I had everything backed up), Ever since this happened, my wifi won't work. everytime I connect to a home or work network, I'll click on the name, ex: "HOME1" and it'll show a little loading sign next to the name but will never show the check mark saying that it connected. has anyone else had this problem, or has a solution? thanks so much!
