I Rented a movie on my iPhone. I can't see it on my ipad. I purchased a movie on the iPhone and that one I can see on the ipad. Why can't I see the rented movie? Very strange. I've been watching tutorials, googling and can't seem to find the answer.

That's part of the DRM on rented movies; it isn't for purchased movies.

What's DRM?
Digital Rights Management. Unlike other types of iTunes Store purchases, a rented movie will disappear 24 hours after it's first played, so it can only be on one device at a time.

Really?! I it says with iTunes in the cloud you have 30 days to decide when to watch your douwloaded rental and where to decide to watch it. Meaning... Which device I thought?

One more please... Now that I have a rental on my iphone4s can I cancel and get a credit? I'd rather watch it on my ipad. I might need glasses if I watch an entire movie on the iPhone, LOL
That refers to physical locations, such as on a long bus trip or during a quiet evening at home. You might be able to get the iTunes Store staff to give you a credit.
