cant restore my back up

cant restore my back up

Hello Apple,

Dear all,

some days ago maybe on the first date of new iOS 6.1 i updated my iPhone 4S with new iOS 6.1 and then i earsed my iPhone Factory.

then i came back to my iTunes then i start to restore my old back up which we toke from iOS of 6.0.1 it is going up to end when 5 secand left device automatice remove from My Computer and then iTunes saying cant restore error ouccored.

Update iTunes so you have the latest version of it.

Try plugging your phone into a different USB port, or use a different USB cable.

Dear 1980LND,

i did this trick already i tried 4 cables and 4 ports of usb on my notebook,

when i am trying to update my iTunes it show your version is correct 11.0.1 .

if you find the error message here you can attempt to follow the steps to fix the issue.

this is Error message but cant find on your link.

You may need to try this More than Once...

Be sure to Follow ALL the Steps...

But... if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work.

Dear all my Device is not jailbroken not open not repair,

i just got backup when my iOS version was 6.0.1 and then i updated my iphone 4s after i update it to ios 6.1 then i earesed my phone and i was trying to restore back up onc again it showing me this msg

iTunes could not restore the "iPhone 4S" because an error occurred

i changed my cable many times

i have 4 ports in my notebook but all not work

i tried more then 10 times still not work.
