Dear sir,


I've tryed to change my passowrd so many time to solve the subjected porblem but still I'm facing the same problem.

What can i do?

iPhone 4S, iOS 6.1

Does you account work on your computer's iTunes ? If it does, but not on your iPhone, then try logging out of your account on the phone by tapping on your id in Settings > iTunes & App Stores and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it


If it doesn't work on your phone nor computer then you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
