I bought a SwitchEasy Melt Case an it has been stuck on my iPhone 4 for a little over a month. How do I get it off?

Thanks for the advice but I still could not pull the case off. It's stuck I there reeeaaaally tight.
This is a slider case. Pull from both sides and the case should disassemble.

Perhaps I'm missing something?
You see, I have an "Zagg Invisible Shield" on my iPhone. I think this may be keeping the top part from coming off.
Use a credit card insert it really slowly on the top part then pull back on the case......
Try this with the credit card insert it under the top lip then get a second card insert it on the side lip then try pulling back on it.........
Give it a try with a screwdriver and see if you can get it off.
