Need to restore icloud from previous backups

Im trying to restore my iphone as of 2 backups ago. Trying to recover my info not from my last, but from my previous back up to icloud. I had to hard reset my phone and when i was turning it on and trying to sign in to icloud somehow i backed up an empty device and now i cant seem to retrieve my important info from previous icloud backups
