I downloaded a purchase from itunes costs 15$ and it didn't work and it tells me download it again from itunes, the game is GTA IV please i need your assistance.
to redownload content from itunes store
Go to the store and select Purchased from under quick links on the right.
Navigate to apps and the one you want, click on the cloud button to re download at no extra cost

If, once you follow Steve's instructions, you find that the App says "Downloaded" next to it instead of the cloud, go back into your Apps tab (not in the store, but the one for your computer in iTunes), and drag the offending app into the trash - delete it from iTunes when the question comes up.
At that point, you should quit iTunes, then reopen it, and follow Steve's instructions again. This time you should see the cloud...proceed with Steve's instructions.
