Hi I used to have my personal hot spot on the setting but it disappeared and I don't know how to bring it back
I have iPhone5 with sprint I have unlimited data plan which is $75
Does any one know how I can bring it back?

Verify that your carrier supports Personal Hotspot for your device and that you have Personal Hotspot enabled on your cellular plan:
