How can I restore a purchased song to the cloud device after accidentally deleting it from it?

So I purchased a song from my iPod touch and downloaded the song from the purchased list off of the iTunes store to have it one my computer as well. From previous experiences, I did not want a duplication on my iPod so I deleted the song from the library and it said that I can still get it from Cloud. Well I deleted the album picture and was NOT notified that it would delete the song from cloud. I do not have a hard copy of the song and if I should need to download this song onto a new device or a different computer how can I restore it to the purchased items list (cloud)? iTunes does not allow you to purchase and item twice, which I am thankful, but makes this complicated. What do I do?
