4th Gen Shuffle and Podcasts

Is it right that podcasts do not shuffle?

The only way i can switch between podcast is to press the 'Voice Over' button and then at the point when it names the podcast i press 'Play'

Pretty annoying considering the device is called a shuffle and it doesnt shuffle.................

iPod shuffle, Windows 7, 4th Gen Shuffle
