iTunes 11.01 does not sync my outlook 2007 anymore

Calendar and contacts are only synced through iCloud betwenn my iOS devices, but I can't sync my Windows 7 laptop with Outlook 2007 anymore.

Does anybody know how to reinstall this sync?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1
