Connecting my iPad to LTE, EE say it's the wrong band width?

Hello,

I have an iPad 3 with LTE connectivity. I recently bought a micro sim from EE and they said that it has 4G capability but not the right band width as they operate between 800-1200. Within settings, mobile device, LTE is not an option. At the moment I only have 3G network.

Please help
