Please be aware that you are not communicating with Apple when you post in these forums. The only people who will reply to your posts are your fellow users.
If you had apps that had subscriptions or other recurring billing of some sort, you need to cancel the subscriptions. Otherwise the company providing the content will just keep billing you, just as if you move out of your house but don't call the phone company to disconnect or move your service. See:

If you are continually being billed for apps that you purchased that do not involve recurring charges, go here:

and follow the instructions to report the issue to the iTunes Store.
