Podcast don't work from iTunes to iPod Mini

I have 1.gen iPod Mini (gold) and iTunes ver. 6.0.4.2
I have done all good advices from this discussion, but I can not get an ordinary podcast (not Video)transferred from iTunes to iPod. I have the lastest version of iPod update for mini. I have checked all possible marks in ipod settings, and I have tried both manual and automatic update. WHATS Wrong ???
