Bluetooth doesn't work with my car

Hi,

I can't pair my Iphone 5 with my car (a Ford Escape). I'm reading about this issue, many people have had the same problem.

can you help me, is there a solution?

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1, iPhone 4G & 4S work correct
