After the iOS 6.1 update on the iPod touch 4th Gen no more app updates

I can no longer download updates from the iTunes update page. It shows a number of updates in the label but no icons to download. I have tried a hard reset and signing out and back in to my iTunes account to no avail. Any other tips?
