How do I make my Outlook calendar my primary calendar?

I downloaded iCloud on my PC for the ease of synching to my iPhone. I prefer to use Outlook Calendar as my primary calendar. Each time I schedule an appointment in Outlook it is moved to iCloud and removed from Outlook. How can I stop this from happening?
