picture alignment issue after new page insertion.

When I insert a new page in the middle of an existing book, all pictures in following pages become misaligned due to them having a wider border near the binding and a narrow border near the page edge - this becomes reversed when one page is inserted in front of them. Is there any way to avoid this issue and if not is there any way to move all photos on a page as a group toward the edge of the page rather than each photo individually?
