How can I get one because all I want to do is change my security questions and there's no simple answers and when I do try to do it I need to answer the security questions which I don't know so what do I do?

You can only add or change the rescue email address by answering your questions - see if the instructions on this user tip helps for getting them reset : https://discussions.apple.com/docs/DOC-4551
When they've been reset you can then add a rescue email address for potential future use
I don't have a rescue email how do I get one?
